Citywide Assembly  The Citywide Assembly is an opportunity for agency co-chairs across the city to give input to the DC Labor-Management Partnership Council and serves as a forum for partnership training. The Assembly meets twice a year with programs focusing on training specifically for agency partnership co-chairs. Opportunities associated with the new forum include: Mentorship between partnerships Skills training and development Exchange of Best Practices and lessons learned Teambuilding Leadership
